फर्जीवाड़ा करके विदेश भेजे ₹3,675 करोड़, तीन CA पर FIR... 40 और रडार पर, फॉरेन रेमिटेंस केस में I-T का क्रैकडाउन आयकर विभाग ने फर्जी तरीकों का इस्तेमाल करके भारत से करीब ₹3,675 करोड़ रुपये विदेश भेजे जाने के मामले में कार्रवाई तेज कर दी है. यह मामला फॉरेन रेमिटेंस (Foreign Remittance) से जुड़ा है. इसका आसान मतलब है, किसी एक देश से दूसरे देश में पैसे भेजना. उदाहरण के लिए, अगर भारत में रहने वाला कोई व्यक्ति या कंपनी अमेरिका, UAE या किसी दूसरे देश में पैसे भेजती है, तो इसे फॉरेन रेमिटेंस कहा जाता है. भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने लिबरलाइज्ड रेमिटेंस स्कीम (LRS) के तहत विदेशों में पैसे भेजने के लिए कुछ नियम तय किए हैं. विदेश पैसा भेजने पर बैंकों द्वारा टीसीएस (Tax Collected at Source) काटा जाता है. भारत में इनकम टैक्स प्रोफेशनल्स का एक नेटवर्क द्वारा आरबीआई के नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हुए फर्जी तरीकों का इस्तेमाल करके भारत से पैसा विदेशों में भेजा जा रहा था. आयकर विभाग ने इसी तरह के संदिग्ध लेनदेन की जांच के लिए देशभर में वेरिफिकेशन अभियान शुरू किया है. आयकर विभाग को डेटा एनालिसिस और खुफिया जानकारी के आधार पर ऐसी कई संस्थाओं का पता चला है, जिन्होंने पिछले तीन सालों में बड़ी मात्रा में विदेशी मुद्रा देश के बाहर भेजी, लेकिन उनकी आय और कारोबार का रिकॉर्ड इन लेनदेन से मेल नहीं खाता. राजस्थान के जयपुर और श्रीगंगानगर के साथ तेलंगाना के हैदराबाद में चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स (CA) और अन्य लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है. इन मामलों में आरोप है कि बिना जरूरी दस्तावेजों की पर्याप्त जांच-पड़ताल किए फॉर्म 15CB प्रमाणपत्र जारी किए गए और इनके आधार पर सैकड़ों करोड़ रुपये की रकम विदेश भेजी गई. आयकर विभाग ने संबंधित चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स के कार्यालयों और दस्तावेजों की जांच की और इसके बाद पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई. जांच में कथित तौर पर ऐसे लोगों और कंपनियों के नाम सामने आए हैं, जिनकी आय और कारोबार कम था या जिन्होंने इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न दाखिल नहीं किए थे, लेकिन उनके नाम से बड़ी रकम विदेश भेजी गई. जयपुर के CA अभिषेक जैन पर एफआईआर जयपुर में आयकर विभाग की फॉरेन असेट इंवेस्टिगेशन यूनिट की शिकायत पर चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट…
